I can't find a postage cost for sending parcels oversea's, do you post outside the UK?
Yes we are happy to post anywhere in the world. The cost depends on the country and what we are posting to you.
You can request a postage quote by contacting us via the tab above with the items you would like to order. We will then send you an email with the total cost including postage.
If your happy we will send an invoice. Don't forget to tell us which country you are in!
We do it this way as some of our items are light but bulky and postage overseas can be very costly depending on your country.
We also sell our beautiful products on Ebay. The larger items such as pillows can be purchased with overseas postage already calculated through the Ebay Global Postal System. If an item is available on Ebay, there will be a link to the correct listing on the page. Simply click on the link to go there.
How long will my purchases take to arrive?
You have the option of which postage to use.
Evri (Formerly Hermes) is fully tracked and our parcel is usually sent the day after you place the order and should be
with you 3 to 5 days after that. You will receive a tracking email from
Evri and the tracking number is also updated to your order.
We know some customers don't like using Evri so there is a Parcelforce 48hr tracked option.
If you havent received the parcel after 7-10 days please let us know so we can find out where things are before sending out the flying monkeys to find your wayward parcel.
Oversea’s parcels will take a bit longer, sometimes up to 30 days but if your worries contacts us and we will investigate.

We endevour to answer all emails within 24 hours. If you haven't had a reply then please check your spam folder as they sometimes go there!
Do you take Credit Cards?
Yes we do. We can take credit card and PayPal payments on the website and at lace days. Of course good old fashioned cash is ok too!
Do you take Cheques and where do I send them to?
We accept cheques for UK orders via snail mail and the address to send them to can be supplied via the contact us tab. Goods will be sent when payment has cleared. All overseas payments must be done via a Paypal invoice. We do this to protect all our financial interests as all transactions are recorded and protected.
Can I have a look at what I want and buy direct from you?
Although we don’t have a shop, we are more than happy for you to come to our home and have a look at our range of products. We are located in Southampton and our very friendly dog will make you very welcome!
Do you make bespoke pillows to order?
Yes we do. As we manufacture all our pillows we can make a pillow to your requirements. Simply contact us to discuss it.

Can I place an order to collect at a Lace Day you’re going to?
Yes we are more than happy for you to collect at a Lace Day that we are attending. There will be no postal charge and you can either pay beforehand or on collection. Simply contact us to arrange this.
Do you pass on my personal details to anyone?
Definitely not! We are a small business who pride ourselves on good quality products and customer service and we don’t pass your details onto anyone. If you ever receive communications that have not come directly from us, but are in our name please let us know, as we will not bombard you with emails or phone calls because we are far too busy making more lovely things for the website!
Do you attend Lace Group Meetings?
Yes we are happy to attend Lace Group Meetings with a driving time of about an hour from our Southampton home, and preferably at weekends, but we know that groups meet in the evenings too. Contact us on the above tab and we can discuss this.
Do you accept returns?
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us as we are happy to sort out any issues.
I'm not happy with my Purchase!!!
If you are not happy with any part of our service be it the quality of the products or a delivery issue, please get in touch to discuss it with us via the 'contact us' page or on the phone. We are only human and sometimes make mistakes. Please don't think your only option is to leave a bad review for an easily fixed issue - We can only fix it if we know about it!
